Timelines range from 7–14 days for a Starter site to 21–35 days for Premium. The biggest factor is how quickly you provide content, photos, and feedback. Delays on your end delay the launch.

We source up to 40 stock images depending on your plan, but your own photos always perform better. We can write basic copy for you, or you can provide it. If you need professional photos or video, we can connect you with our videographer partner.

Yes — every site we build is fully mobile responsive and tested across all major devices and browsers before launch.

Yes. We build on WordPress, which has a beginner-friendly editor. We’ll give you a quick walkthrough at launch. If you’d rather not deal with it, that’s what our maintenance plans are for.

We can help you pick and register one. Domains typically cost $10–$15/year through registrars like Namecheap or Google Domains.

Yes — e-commerce and online booking systems are included in our Premium build package.

We build exclusively on WordPress, hosted on AWS Lightsail. For e-commerce sites, we use WooCommerce — WordPress’s built-in shop plugin. It’s fast, reliable, industry-standard, and gives you full ownership of your site. No monthly platform fees like Shopify or Wix.

Additional pages can be added for $100–$250 per page depending on complexity. We’ll quote it upfront so there are no surprises.
🔧 Website Maintenance

WordPress sites that aren’t maintained are the #1 target for hackers. Outdated plugins and themes are the most common entry point for malware. A maintenance plan keeps your site secure, fast, and running properly month after month.

Yes, but we require a one-time Site Audit ($100–$200) first so we can assess what we’re working with before committing to a plan.

We monitor all sites 24/7. Basic plan clients get a 72-hour response, Standard gets 48 hours, and Pro gets priority 24-hour response with 2 emergency fixes included per month.

Swapping out text, updating prices, adding new photos, posting an announcement, or editing existing pages. It does not include building new pages or major redesigns — those are billed separately.

Yes, with 30 days written notice. We recommend staying on at least a Basic plan to protect your investment.

We run regular security scans and malware checks on all plans. If your site does get hacked, we’ll restore it from a clean backup. Emergency fixes beyond what’s included are billed at our hourly rate.
📱 Social Media Marketing

We primarily manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The number of platforms depends on your plan — Basic covers 1, Growth covers 2, and Full Management covers up to 3.

We handle everything — strategy, writing, design, and scheduling. You can approve posts before they go live if you’d like, or give us full creative control. Totally up to you.

Growth and Full Management plans include monthly analytics reports showing follower growth, reach, engagement rate, and top-performing posts.

Paid ad management is included in the Full Management plan. Ad spend (the money that goes to the platforms) is separate and paid directly by you — we manage the campaigns.

Absolutely — the more real content you give us, the better your posts perform. Raw photos from your phone work great. For professional content, our videographer partner can help.

We typically plan and schedule content 2 weeks in advance so you always have a full pipeline and nothing goes silent.
🎥 Videography

We work with a trusted partner videographer who handles all video production. All work is coordinated through us — you deal with one point of contact.

A basic promo video shoot usually takes 1–3 hours on location. Full production shoots can take a full day depending on the scope of the project.

Our videographer sets his own rates based on your specific needs. We’ll get you a quote after a quick conversation about what you’re looking for.

Yes — all videos are delivered in formats optimized for your website, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
💰 Billing & General

We accept all major credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfer, Zelle, and PayPal. Invoices are sent through our billing system with secure online payment.

Yes — every project and retainer is backed by a simple service agreement that protects both parties. No surprises.

Due to the nature of custom work, deposits are non-refundable once work begins. We work closely with you throughout the process to make sure you’re happy with the result.

Absolutely — you can upgrade your maintenance or social media plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Yes — we work with clients anywhere. Everything can be handled remotely via video calls, email, and shared tools.

For a website build we need your signed contract, 50% deposit, brand assets (logo, colors if you have them), and any content or photos you want included. We’ll guide you through the rest.
